The company was starting toy business in 1997 and supplying plush animals to amusement business.
From 2002, the company has been concentrating on teddy bear lines with keeping amusement products in the same time. With increasing business, the company set up two overseas factories to provide quality stuffed animals. We have been providing lower pricing with good quality plush animals as wholesaler.

All prices are based on each piece or by dozen. Prices may not be fixed all the time. All sales are at current prices in our website. Previous prices may not be suitable for current orders.
We may offer price break for large order upon request. No further discount for on-sale and closed-out items.
You can choose one of the following way to ship your order:
a- Ground (cheapest way for US mainland)
We use UPS ground as our main carrier. The shipping cost is decided by the order's weight which is upon pieces and sizes of items.

b- 3 day delivery
You will receive the order in 3 working days.
c- 4 day delivery
You will receive the order in 4 working days.
d- Your UPS account
We can ship your order by your UPS account for UPS ground shipping only.Your name and address must mactch the UPS account record.
f- US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Hawaii
Since there is no Truck which can going across sea, you have to choose Air shipping (Priority or Express). If the time is allowed, we recommend you to find cargo service (or freight broker) in main port. We can send the order to the certain port by UPS ground. At the port, your cargo service ( or freight broker) can load your order into the ship which goes to your place. We think it may save you some money comparing to Air. It may not work for small order.

How to find your shipping cost?
You can order the item first and followed by entering your shipping information. The you need to choose the shipping method (ground,priority,express). Submit! Next page, you will see the shipping cost before you pay anything.

We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover,American Express,Paypal. We only accept Purchase order from Government,School,Hospital upon approvel by faxing the PO to us. We can take check by mailing us ( we need 5 days to clear the check).
It may happen during the shipping (lost by carriers). We will resend the order by THE SAME SHIPPING METHOD YOU CHOOSE in your order. We have no responsibility to send it by upgrade shipping ( Priority or Express mail) unless you can pay for the difference for the upgrade shipping method.
7-Shipment delayed or held
It may happen when the credit card is declined or we are in holiday's seasons. We will not have responsibility to upgrade the shipping method without extra charge.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have to return it within 21 days after the shipping date. Your order will be replaced/exchanged or we will refund the order full amount to your SAME credit card after we receive the return . You will pay the shipping to send it back. We can not arrange any pick-up service for returning.
Returns (for any reasons) received after 30 days from the shipping day (orders to you) will be charged 25% restocking fee.
Returns (for any reasons) received after 60 days from the shipping day (orders to you) will be charged 50% restocking fee.
Returns (for any reasons) will not be allowed after 90 days from the shipping day (orders to you)
You do not need to call or email us to obtain the refund authorization. Please send back with the cheapest way you can find ( UPS ground, or Fedex ground, US postal parcel) with a copy or invoice or note inside the box.
In the case of returning of the order due to wrong address being provided or undeliverable address, due to refusing to accept the order, the shipping charges can not be refunded. The freight will be charged again for any re-shipping required.
All returns must ship to the shipper address in the shipping label.
It may take longer to do personalization after you place the order upon the quantity,holiday seasons.. Normally it takes 1-2 days to be ready for shipping. It may take 3-5 days during busy season. Please call us if you need them asap..
